In this opinion, Dr. Grzegorz Skrobotowicz emphasizes that the legal status of minors in relation to both their parents and the state is ambiguous because the Supreme Court grants them broad constitutional rights. At the same time, the Tribunal recognized the wide freedom of parents in raising children. Here, summer rights collide with the obligation to assist in the enforcement of parental authority, which must be reconciled. The author presents this relationship based on the help of institutions qualified for this purpose in the USA.
